Company uses technology to help shrimp farmers protect production
CEBU, Philippines — JALA Tech, an Indonesian aquatech startup, has raised about $13.1 million in Series A funding, it announced on Tuesday.
The latest round was led by Indonesian venture capital firm Intudo Ventures and joined by SMDV, French investment manager Mirova’s Sustainable Ocean Fund (SOF), and U.S.-based coastal fishing-focused impact investor Meloy Fund.
